Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using BoxPath, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the app and any in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store. BoxPath is developed and maintained by Appsentmind.

SECTION 01 In-App Purchase & Billing
Payment
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. BoxPath currently offers a single one-time purchase — BoxPath Unlimited — which unlocks unlimited concurrent shipment tracking and CSV bulk import. No recurring charges apply to this purchase.
One-Time
BoxPath Unlimited is a non-consumable, non-expiring purchase. Once purchased, it is permanently unlocked for your Apple ID across all devices where BoxPath is installed. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees associated with this purchase.
Coming Soon
Subscription plans are planned for a future version of BoxPath. When introduced, they will be governed by their own billing terms — including auto-renewal disclosures — and this page will be updated accordingly. Existing one-time purchasers will retain their Unlimited access.
SECTION 02 Restoring Purchases
Restore
If you reinstall BoxPath or switch to a new device, you can restore your BoxPath Unlimited purchase at no charge by tapping Restore Purchases in the app's Settings screen. Restoration requires signing in with the same Apple ID used at the time of purchase.
Eligibility
Only purchases made under your Apple ID are eligible for restore. BoxPath Unlimited is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. Sharing an Apple ID with family members may allow them to access the purchase, subject to Apple's Family Sharing policies.
SECTION 03 Refunds
Apple Policy
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Appsentmind does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Support
If you experience a technical issue that affects your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@appsentmind.com before submitting a refund request. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
SECTION 04 Third-Party Terms (Apple EULA)

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are solely between you and Appsentmind (the Application Provider), not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services regarding BoxPath.

Appsentmind is the sole licensor for BoxPath and agrees to comply with the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by Apple. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's usage rules, Apple's usage rules shall govern to the extent of any inconsistency.

BoxPath uses the WhereParcel API to retrieve shipment tracking data and Firebase for backend services. Your tracking numbers are transmitted to these services solely to retrieve shipment status on your behalf. No personal information is shared with or collected by these third parties beyond what is necessary for the core tracking function.

Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.

SECTION 05 Acceptable Use

BoxPath is intended for personal shipment tracking only. You agree not to use the app to track shipments belonging to others without their consent, to submit false or fraudulent tracking numbers, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app's functionality.

Appsentmind reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the app for any user found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in activity that is harmful to the service, other users, or third-party API providers.

SECTION 06 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect — communicated via in-app notification or update notes on the App Store listing.

Continued use of BoxPath after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the app and request a refund through Apple if eligible.

📦 Purchase Summary
BoxPath Unlimited is a one-time, non-expiring purchase — no subscriptions, no auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and is permanently unlocked on all devices sharing that Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Subscription billing terms will be added to this page when subscription plans are introduced in a future release.
