Terms of Use
Effective June 2, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using MouselOOk, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the app and any in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store.

SECTION 01 Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
Payment
All in-app purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. MouselOOK offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans, as well as a one-time purchase option to unlock premium features.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal at the same price and duration occurs automatically unless cancelled in advance.
Account Charge
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. The renewal cost matches the subscription tier you originally selected (weekly, monthly, or annual).
SECTION 02 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
User Control
You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by navigating to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device after purchase.
Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for partially used billing periods. Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period.
SECTION 03 Free Trials & Introductory Offers
Trial Period
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased for the same publication or feature set.
Billing Transition
Upon completion of a free trial, your subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan and your Apple ID will be charged at the pricing confirmed at the time of original sign-up.
SECTION 04 Third-Party Terms (Apple EULA)

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are solely between you and Appsentmind (the Application Provider), not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services regarding the Licensed Application.

The Application Provider is the sole licensor for MouselOOK and agrees to comply with the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by Apple. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's usage rules, Apple's usage rules shall govern to the extent of any inconsistency.

Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, or any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.

SECTION 05 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect — communicated via in-app notification or the email address associated with your account.

Continued use of MouselOOK after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the app.

⚡ Billing Summary
Recurring billing. Cancel any time. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
